Warranty

Otazu offers a full statutory warranty covering manufacturing and material defects for genuine Otazu products purchased from the Otazu webshop or authorized Otazu retailers. The warranty only covers damage that, in the opinion of Otazu or an authorized Otazu retailer, is not caused by accident or inappropriate use, ordinary wear and tear, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or by failure to follow Otazu’s special product Care Advice.

In case of a defect please contact customercare@rodrigootazu.com immediatly and your items will be repaired or replaced, if this is not possible you can select another item with the same value.e

 

Returns

Otazu’s top priority is our customer satisfaction. You may return your online order up to 14 days after receipt (with the exception of Gift Cards, custom made pieces and items bought in sale).

Please return your order as follows:

Send an email to customercare@rodrigootazu.com with your order number and or invoice, stating your return request.
Pack the item(s) to be returned in the original carton using the original packaging materials.
Return the parcel according to the instructions of your chosen return carrier to the following address:

Keep the proof of return postage.
Allow approximately 14 working days for the return process. Once your online return has been processed, you will receive a return confirmation email and the refund will be processed. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account. You can track your return parcel with the link provided by the return carrier.
