WRAPPING 

At OTAZU every order is considered as a piece of love. All our products are handled with care and personally wrapped by a member of our Otazu Team. After given one last inspection to assure quality standards, your order is hand-wrapped. If your product is over 75 euros, jewelry will be wrapped in a black Otazu Box. 

 

RETURN TAG  

To assure you have selected the right size of your product we have attached a Return Tag to your purchase. Please try your new jewelry whilst keeping this tag attached. Only if you are sure that you have found your perfect Otazu match, you can detach the Return Tag. Returns will only be accepted if the Return Tag remains attached. 

 

PAYMENTS 

All transactions on the Otazu web shop are processed using the Dutch foundation: Stichting Derdengelden Topveilig, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment. We accept all major credit cards and online payment options. We do not charge a fee for our payment options.

WHEN DO WE DELIVER?  

OTAZU aims to process and ship all orders within 24 hours, if the item is available. After your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the status of your shipment. Your order will be delivered between 9.00 am and 6.00 pm. 

  • TNT delivers from Monday to Saturday. 
  • UPS delivers from Monday to Friday. 
  • Our couriers do not deliver on Sundays and/or holidays. 
  • Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays and/or holidays. 

ORDERS 

Your order will be shipped once payment has been approved and the delivery and billing address has been verified. In calculating when your order will arrive, start with the day in which these prerequisites have been met and count only business days thereafter. During the check-out process, you will be asked to select a shipping address for your order. You can ship your order to only one location. We realize that your order may include gifts that require shipping to several different locations. To do this you will be required to place separate orders for each address you wish to ship to. Should you require assistance to do this please email us at customercare@rodrigootazu.com and we will gladly handle your order request. OTAZU will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need to confirm availability. 

 

INSURANCE 

We insure all packages in transit from OTAZU to the delivery address against theft and accidental damage. Once the package has been signed for, it is no longer insured. Please be careful with all the packaging and additional gifts your order has been sent with. Keep it away from children and animals, to avoid suffocation danger. Also keep it away from fire, packaging could be inflammable. OTAZU cannot be held responsible for any damage or accidents caused by the packaging and/or additional gifts.  

 

TAXES AND DUTIES 

International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. For more information about shipping and handling, please see our FAQ.
